There’s a new Canon printer that’s already out in the market, the Canon Pixmap MP480 photo printer is probably your choice for all you printing needs. This all-in-one printing, scanning, copying printer has been added with new features such as an Auto Scan Mode, which detects the type of document being scanned; whether it may be a photo, post card, business card, magazine or newspaper, the Canon printer will surely solve all of that.

The MP480 printer utilizes Canon’s two-cartridge, as well as four-color fine technology that allows photo printing and even poster printing of up to 4800x 1200 dpi color resolution. It also has its very own ChromaLife 100 and 100+ dye ink systems that provides long-lasting lab quality prints when used in tandem with Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II. Not only does it have these very sophisticated features, this printer also has the ability of printing even if not attached in a computer. All you need is a memory card, insert it into the built-in card slot, make a preview, and enhance your images on the 1.8″ TFT display, then click print. And that’s it you have a mobile printer to carry on with you.

How long will these photo prints last? Probably 300 years with its enhanced faded resistance which is supposed to last for very long time. The Canon Photo Printer will be retailed at $99.99, totally not bad for a high-quality printer. This will help you out if you have a small printing business at home, especially for those budget conscious consumers in the third word countries.

My laptop’s mouse gave up on me yesterday, sad to say, so I went back using my lappy’s touchpad. Although it’s quite a hassle on my part because I was already used to grabbing a mouse whenever I get to work. So I searched the web for some trendy gadgets that might come in handy; maybe I could look for a new mouse to buy this coming payday. Well good thing I found the type of mouse that I’m going to purchase.

It’s a cool wireless mouse from Asus, the Asustek Vito W1 wireless Pulse Rate Mouse, which looks like a standard mouse just by looking at its picture, but has the capability of reading your heart rate and current pulse rate. It’s probably one of the latest medical-related “Heart Touching” innovations which I find very useful for computer users.
This magnificent device has a built in heart rate sensor which transmits data directly to your PC and also displays your current heart rate; with its pre-installed software, you can now monitor your pulse rate just by looking at your PC’s monitor. The Pulse Rate Mouse features a 2.4GHz wireless transmission and a dynamic power adjustment, a 1200 dpi laser precision positioning capability, and a 30 foot range for wireless usage. What else could you ask for in a “Heart Touching” wireless mouse that can measure your physical condition?

If you want to know more about this cool device go over at Asustek, although I suggest you need to learn Chinese first. :p
