Android developers and manufacturers got a bit of good news recently as they saw their sales increase every year since 2008 and push all the way through summer of 2011. The number one Pound for Pound King Manny Pacquiao is now the endorser of the HP Veer mobile phone, one of the smallest 4G smartphones in the world today. The 30-second video ad, which you are about to see, features the ‘PacMan’ with his HP Veer phone. According to reports, the deal with Manny Pacquiao endorsing the HP Veer phone alone is estimated to be worth $1 million dollars or 42 million pesos for the phone alone, not including other HP line ups that will soon hit the market.
The HP Veer is said to run on webOS, the mobile platform developed by Palm, will be a sure hit on the market as more and more consumers prefer portability when it comes to mobile phones. The handset has a 2.6-inch display with 320 x 400 resolution, runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7230 800MHz processor, supports Adobe Flash 10.1, and is capable of WiFi tethering so you can use it as a mobile hotspot anywhere you go. It would be awesome if the phone had preset Manny Pacquiao voicemail greetings.
